Who am I?

Hi, I’m Jacin, the person behind Zero Fuss Digital.

Greymouth born and bred. With over 14 years of experience working in retail and customer-facing roles, I’ve spent much of my career helping people feel confident and comfortable when making decisions about technology. I understand that not everyone speaks “tech,” and that’s completely okay.

I started Zero Fuss Digital to provide clear, practical support without the jargon or unnecessary upselling. Whether it’s setting up a new device, fixing a frustrating issue, or simply explaining how something works, my goal is to make technology easier to use and less overwhelming.

I provide friendly, on-site support throughout Greymouth and Hokitika. I believe in honest advice, fair pricing, and taking the time to ensure things are set up properly.
